Liberia’s Vice President, Joseph Boakai and his entourage on Saturday February 08, 2014 paid a visit to Sierra Leone’s leading real estate company, Regimanuel Gray, at the Sea View houses situated at Goderich and at their block factory in Angola Town.
The Vice President and his entourage including the Ambassador of Liberia to Sierra Leone and his deputy Head of Mission, Ceraldine Bass-Golokeh, were taken on a conducted tour of the Sea View facilities by the Company’s General Manager Operations Sahr Ngayenga.
During the tour, Mr. Ngayenga showed the team the newly constructed houses with modern facilities its which to many is a real home for the new generation.
Liberia’s Deputy Head of Mission, Ceraldine Bass-Golokeh, said the houses at Goderich are of modern standard and will be happy to see such houses in her country, Liberia.
Vice President Joseph Boakai was also taken to the ultra modern block factory of Regimanuel Gray at Angola Town, west of Freetown to get a first hand information on how the company operates and to see the quality of bricks used by Regimanuel Gray in constructing such modern structures.
Receiving the high profile delegation at the block factory, Regimanuel Gray’s Country Manager, Mary Magdalene Mensah, dressed the visiting team with safety gargets before starting the tour  of the factory.
Madam Mensah took the visiting team round the factory, showing them the modern machinery used in producing the bricks and the materials used in producing quality bricks used for constructing the  houses.
In her message to the Liberian Vice President, Mary Magdalene Mensah said that she is happy to receive what she described as “such a high profile delegation” from a sister country wnich, according to her, ‘is a dream come true’.
She also said that the company is willing to expand its operations to Liberia and believes that the Vice President and team will sell Regimanuel Gray real estate ideas to the President and people of Liberia.
The Country Manager said Regimanuel Gray is in Sierra Leone to help develop the country in the area of real estate and called on the Sierra Leone government for its usual support to the company, especially in the area of land allocation.
Vice President Joseph Boakai, commended Regimanuel Gray for its innovative and developmental ideas in building such mordern structures, adding that he is impressed with what he has seen and promised to take the good message and ideas to the President and people of Liberia.
